first meeting:
we are not sure what we needed to do and we faced the problem of fringe festival's time in May and we could hardly do anything before that.
second meeting:
We had the idea in our mind that we are doing an advertising style showing people in the events but we could hardly know how to find people to film. we had no clear idea of the roles in our crew.
last meeting before the pitch.
* we plan to do three short videos to form a 5min video (like a trilogy) with three different visitor representatives in different age groups.

performers' list ( can we get the contact of artists)
archive footage ( how much archive footage can be used)
filming location's permission (consent): do we have to ask for the permission ourselves?
